30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at hello@okanest.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days.
- If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Refund Options
- Full refund to your original payment method if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Store credit or partial refund for change-of-mind returns, depending on item condition and return shipping costs.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
- Gift cards and final-sale items
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
