Style

Fits if: phones in portrait or landscape. The clear lid stays closed and you still tap through it

Not for: tablets and e-readers; phones inside a thick rugged case; grout lines and rough plaster

Size: boxed 7.6 x 4.6 x 1.5 in (19.4 x 11.8 x 3.7 cm). Boxed weight 5.1 oz (144 g)

Load: holds 1 phone in portrait or landscape, behind a clear closed lid

Watching something in the shower usually costs you a phone

Steam fogs the screen, wet fingers slip on it, and there is nowhere to put it down that is not a ledge full of shampoo bottles.

This is a small box that sticks to the wall instead. The phone goes inside, the clear lid closes, and the spray stays on the outside where it belongs.

The lid is clear, so you can still tap through it without pulling the phone out with wet hands.

The base swivels, so you can turn the screen towards wherever you happen to be standing, then push it back flat against the wall.

It goes up with the adhesive pad on the back. No drilling, no screws. Take it off the wall and it works just as well on the kitchen splashback while you are cooking.

What you get: one phone box with the swivel base and the adhesive pad on the back.

Where it sticks: smooth tile, glass and sealed stone. Not on grout lines or rough plaster.

Solid build, lid can fog slightly

The plastic is thicker than I figured for the price and it has survived a few drops off the wall when I knocked it. Only nitpick is on a really hot shower the outside of the lid gets a light fog, but the screen inside stays readable.

Renter friendly and actually stays put

My last apartment I drilled holes and lost my deposit, so I wanted something removable. This pops off the wall when I need to move it and works just as well on the kitchen tile. Great for anyone who moves around a lot.

Measured my phone, fits with room

I checked the boxed dimensions before buying since my phone is on the larger side. It slid in with a little space around the edges and the lid closed clean. Now I watch the news while I get ready and the screen is never fogged.

Fine on glass, peeled off my plaster

The product works well and it did keep my phone dry on the glass door. I tried moving it to the plaster wall next to the tub and the pad let go after a few days. My wall is textured so that is probably on me, just be realistic about your surface.

Two months in and still stuck

I have had adhesive mounts fail on me before so I was skeptical. This one is still holding strong on my shower glass after two months of daily use and lots of steam. The hinge on the lid still snaps shut like day one.

Holds well, tapping takes practice

The mount itself is sturdy and the swivel is smooth. Through the clear lid the touch response is a little dull, so I have to press a bit firmer than normal. Not a problem for watching, just annoying when I try to skip a song.

Bought a second for the garage

Liked the first one so much I ordered another for my workshop wall. I watch how-to videos while I work on the car and the lid keeps dust and grease off the screen. Sticks to the painted metal cabinet fine, which surprised me.

Good but white was the only option

Functionally it does everything it says, no water gets in and the tap through the lid works. The one thing bugging me is the color, it is bright white and my bathroom is all matte black fixtures. It sticks out. I kept it because it works but I wish there was a darker finish.

Small bathroom, big improvement

Our bathroom has basically no counter space, every ledge is covered in bottles. This freed up the one spot where I used to balance my phone. It is compact, about the size of a paperback, and tucks right into the corner by the mirror.

Nice but my rugged case won't fit

Quality is solid for the price and the plastic feels thicker than I expected. My everyday case is a bulky one though and the phone will not sit inside the box with it on. I just pop the case off before I shower, not a dealbreaker but worth knowing.

Fits my phone in landscape perfectly

I measured before ordering because I have a big phone. It went in portrait and landscape both with the case on, which was my main worry. The clear lid closes all the way and I can still scroll through videos without taking it out.

Rotating base is the whole point

My old setup was a suction cup that fell every other day. This one swivels so I can face the screen toward the shower head and then turn it back to the wall. The adhesive has held through two months of daily showers with no signs of letting go.

Works great, just check your tile first

I stuck it on the smooth tile in my shower and it holds like a rock. My wife tried hers on the grout line section and it peeled off within a day, so placement really matters. Once we moved it onto flat tile it was fine.

No drill, no landlord problems

I rent and my lease is strict about holes in the tile. This went up in about ten seconds with the adhesive pad and it has not budged in six weeks. Shower steam does not get inside at all, my phone screen is crystal clear when I get out.

Stuck it on the kitchen backsplash too

Bought it for the shower but honestly it lives next to the stove now. I can read a recipe through the lid and wipe it down after. The swivel base lets me angle it away from the splatter zone, then I push it flat when I'm done cooking.

Finally podcasts in the shower

I used to set my phone on the corner of the tub and pray. This little box sticks right to the tile above the faucet and my phone stays dry through a full episode. The lid taps fine even with wet fingers, which I did not expect to work as well as it does.
