What are your products made of?
Most OkaNest organizers are made from carbon steel with a powder-coated finish. They're stronger and longer-lasting than plastic alternatives, and they wipe clean easily.
Will the magnetic products stick to my stainless steel fridge?
They stick to the sides of most refrigerators. Many stainless steel doors are not magnetic, so we recommend testing with a regular magnet first. They also work great on dishwashers, metal shelving, and iron doors.
How much weight can the magnetic storage box hold?
It holds everyday kitchen items like spice jars, sauce bottles, butter, and small cans. For best results, keep heavier items at the bottom and don't overload it.
Do I need tools to install it?
No tools. No drills. No adhesive. The strong magnetic back attaches to any ferrous metal surface in seconds.
What sizes do you offer?
Our magnetic storage box comes in two sizes:
- Large: 20 × 10 × 10.5 cm
- Small: 10 × 10 × 10.5 cm
We also offer a 2-piece set with one of each size at a discounted price.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries soon.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5.99. Orders over $35 ship free automatically.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
No. For orders shipped to the United States, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, email us at hello@okanest.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the return process.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
