Our policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return your item for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to start a return
- Email us at hello@okanest.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Refund details
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, contact us and we'll send a replacement free of charge. You don't need to return the defective item unless we ask.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right.
