My old plastic tray was cracked and everything slid around in it, so I tossed it and grabbed this one. The expandable sides were the selling point for me since my drawer is an odd 13.5 inches wide, and it slid out to fit perfectly without any wobbling. I've got forks, knives, spoons, and a whole lane for the random chopsticks and corn holders that used to roll everywhere. The bamboo just looks nicer than plastic and wipes clean easily.
Once I realized the expandable sides slide from the middle it was obvious. Holds my flatware great and the bamboo brightens the drawer. Would have been 5 stars with clearer instructions.
I'm picky about bamboo because cheap stuff splinters. This one is sanded smooth and the edges are clean. Expanded to fit my 19 inch drawer with no problem.
I dumped my entire utensil drawer contents in and it all fit with compartments to spare. The expandable sides push right up against the drawer so nothing slides underneath. Solid buy.
Functionally perfect and the bamboo is smooth. My only wish is a walnut or darker option to match my other kitchen stuff. Still keeping it because it works so well.
Didn't think I'd care about the expandable part but it's the best bit. Pull it to your drawer width and it locks in. Bamboo feels premium compared to the wire one I had.
Got this for my own kitchen, loved it, then ordered another for my mom's birthday. She texted me a photo of her organized drawer the next day. Bamboo looks classy, not cheap.
When fully collapsed it's a bit narrower than the listing photos suggest, but expand it and it covers the drawer well. Quality is good, just set expectations on the closed width.
Such a small thing but it changed my cooking flow. Everything has a home now. The expandable design means it doesn't waste space in my narrow drawer either.
Bamboo can be fussy but this one cleans up with a quick wipe. No stains from the occasional wet spoon. The 7 sections make it easy to find what I need while cooking.
The compartments are on the shallow side, so my taller spatulas stuck up and the drawer couldn't close flush. Fine for flatware and normal utensils, just don't expect to stand up oversized tools.
Liked the first one so much I got a second for the office breakroom drawer. Both expanded to fit different drawer sizes. Bamboo still looks new after a month of daily use.
I expected it to shift every time I yank the drawer, but it stays put. The bamboo has a little grip and the expandable sides brace against the drawer walls. Exactly what I wanted.
Great tray, sturdy bamboo. My larger chef knife was a snug fit in its section, but regular knives and all the flatware sit great. Would buy again, just know the slots are sized for standard utensils.
My drawer is an awkward non-standard width and every organizer I tried left dead space. This one expanded to match it perfectly. No more rattling when I open the drawer.
I was worried it would be too small, but it swallowed my entire flatware set plus a few cooking utensils with room to spare. The adjustable width meant it dropped right into my drawer with no measuring drama.
Holds everything well and the bamboo is smooth with no splinters. Only nitpick: the expandable section was a bit stiff to pull out at first, but once set it stays put. Happy with it overall.
I replaced a flimsy plastic tray with this and the difference is night and day. Feels solid, looks nice when I open the drawer, and it wipes clean in seconds. The expandable width is the feature that sold me.
My utensil drawer was a disaster before this. The bamboo looks warm and clean, and the 7 compartments actually keep forks, spoons and serving tools separated. The expandable part slid out to fill my wider drawer with no gaps.
