Cleaned the bathroom today and both pieces wiped clean in seconds, no spots or rust on the steel. The shelf still sits flat and holds a heavy glass jar of bath salts without any wobble. For the price the pair is honestly a really good deal.
This is my second bathroom and the tank has the flush button right on the lid, so the shelf sits crooked and I can't really use it there. It's totally fine in my other bathroom though. Just read the fit notes before you buy, I didn't.
Build quality is good and the finish looks clean. My tank lid is right at 15.7 and it fits, but I'd have liked an even wider option since my tank is a big one. Not a dealbreaker. Screws and anchors came in the box and the paper holder is sturdy.
The little flat top on the paper holder is where my phone goes now instead of the sink edge. The two roll design means I'm not changing paper every other day. Everything is one finish and it looks like it came with the bathroom.
Took a tape measure to my tank before ordering like the description says and I'm glad I did. The 15.7 version sits flush edge to edge with no overhang. Holds two big shampoo bottles and a jar without any sagging. Steel hasn't rusted in six weeks.
The shelf itself is great and the steel is thick. The adhesive pads they give you are kind of weak, mine slid a bit the first day. I just screwed it to the wall instead since the kit is included and now it's rock solid. Still worth it.
My tank lid used to be a junk pile of air freshener, a candle and loose rolls. Now the shelf holds all of it and the rolls go underneath where I actually reach. Took less than five minutes to set up, no tools needed for the shelf part.
I hate when a bathroom looks like a bunch of mismatched pieces. Both parts have the same brushed finish so it reads as one set. Mounted the paper holder on the side of the vanity and the shelf on the tank. Looks intentional now.
Put both pieces together in maybe fifteen minutes with the Allen key they include. Instructions are just pictures and a little vague on which anchor to use. Once I figured it out it was solid. The double roll holder is honestly my favorite part.
Our only bathroom gets super humid and my old metal shelf rusted within weeks. This 304 steel has been up for about two months now with zero rust spots. I keep lotion, a jar of q-tips and a spare roll on it. Cleans up with one wipe.
Liked the first one so much I ordered another for the hallway bathroom. Same finish on both pieces so it doesn't look like I grabbed random stuff at a store. Wiped it down after a month and no water spots or rust at all.
I measured wrong, that's on me. My lid is only about 13 inches so the shelf overhangs the sides and looks a little off. It still works and holds stuff, just not the clean look I wanted. Everything else about it is fine and the steel is real.
I rent so I can't put holes in anything. The shelf just sits on the tank and the adhesive pads keep it from sliding around. Held a glass jar of cotton balls and a couple of soaps with no problem. Paper holder I did screw in since it's behind the door anyway.
We used to have a roll sitting on the floor next to the toilet because the holder broke. This one screws into the wall and holds a spare, so I'm not yelling for someone to bring me paper. The little flat top fits my phone which is a nice bonus.
The steel feels solid and it looks way more expensive than what I paid. Only issue is my tank lid is 14.2 inches and it fits but barely, so measure carefully. The paper holder went on the cabinet side fine and holds two rolls no problem.
I was so tired of knocking shampoo bottles off the toilet tank every time I cleaned. This shelf dropped right on and now holds my shampoo, conditioner, and a candle. The little arms underneath hold the roll perfectly. Took me two minutes to set up.
