You know the one. Clips, ties, bobby pins, a ribbon you meant to use last month - all of it loose in a drawer, and none of it where you left it. You end up digging around one-handed while holding your hair up with the other.

This is a clear box with a lid hinged along the whole back edge. It stays attached, so there is no lid to lose and nothing to lift off and set down. Open it, take what you need, close it. Dust stays out between uses.

Because the walls are clear you can see what is inside without opening it, which matters more than it sounds - you stop buying a third pack of bobby pins because you never saw the first two.

Two sizes. The small one (6 x 6 x 3.3 in) is right for clips and ties. The large one (9.1 x 6.1 x 3.5 in) takes wide claw clips and scrunchies too. Both are polystyrene, so a damp cloth is all the cleaning they need.

Holds my wide claw clips upright

I have several large claw clips that were too big for my old organizer. The large box is 9.1 by 6.1 inches and they fit standing up, which makes them easy to grab. Scrunchies go in the front, ribbons folded in the back. Seeing everything at once has been great.

Good for travel, lid keeps things in

I use the small box in my toiletry bag when I travel. The hinged lid keeps clips and ties from spilling into my suitcase. It's lightweight at 5.6 ounces, so it doesn't add much. Only thing is it's not waterproof, so I keep it away from anything that might leak.

Cleaned up my linen closet shelf

Lid doesn't latch, just rests closed

The flip lid stays attached and closes, but there's no click or latch, so if I knock the box over the lid pops open and everything spills. On a stable shelf it's fine. I just wish it had a small catch to keep it shut. Still useful for organizing dry accessories.

Ordered the wrong size at first

I bought the large thinking I needed the extra room, but it was wider than my shelf. Returned it and got the small, which fits my clips and ties perfectly. Lesson learned, measure first. The small box holds more than I expected for being 6 by 6 inches.

Works well, plastic is a bit light

The polystyrene feels a little thin compared to a heavier acrylic box I had before. It's held up fine for a couple months with regular use, no cracks or scratches yet. The hinged lid is solid and the clear walls are still clear. Good for the price, just don't expect heavy-duty.

Not airtight, keeps some moisture in

I left a slightly damp scrunchie in here overnight and it was still damp the next morning. The lid fits but it isn't sealed, so there's no airflow. For dry hair accessories it works fine, just make sure everything is fully dry first. That's the only real downside.

Measured my drawer first, fits great

I measured my vanity drawer and the large box fit with about an inch to spare on each side. It holds my wide claw clips standing up and hair ties in the front section. Nothing slides around when I open the drawer. Clear walls make it easy to see what's low.

Good but not as deep as I hoped

The large box is 3.5 inches deep, and my thick scrunchies stack up higher than the lip so the lid presses them down a bit. It still closes, just snug. Clips and ribbons fit with no issue. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if you have a lot of bulky scrunchies.
