Laundry ends up on the bathroom floor. Then it ends up in a pile beside the tub, and you kick it out of the way for two days.

This is a mesh basket that hangs on the tile instead. Two suction brackets hold it up. Nothing gets drilled, and nothing has to sit on the floor.

Two sizes. The large basket is 17.7 in tall and 10.9 in wide, 8.1 in deep (45 x 27.8 x 20.5 cm) - enough for towels and whatever you peel off before a shower. The small one clips on beside it, for the things you would rather not mix in with the towels.

When it is empty you push the top frame down and the whole basket folds flat, 2 in (5 cm) off the wall. The bathroom looks like a bathroom again.

It is coated steel mesh, open on every side, so damp towels get air instead of that closed-bag smell. The brackets are ABS with rubber pads.

Two colours, gunmetal and cream white.

What it will not do: I would not hang a soaking wet duvet in it, and it will let go on grout lines, textured tile, wallpaper or painted plaster - the pad needs a flat, clean face to hold.

What you get: the mesh basket and two suction brackets. No tools.

Fits if: a flat tiled or glass wall beside the tub, shower or washer. Needs about 20.1 in (51 cm) of clear height for the large basket and 8.1 in (20.5 cm) of clearance out from the wall.

Not for: grout lines, textured tile, wallpaper or painted plaster under the pad - it will let go. A soaking wet duvet or anything past a normal load of towels. A wall above a radiator or heater.

Size: large basket 17.7 x 10.9 x 8.1 in (45 x 27.8 x 20.5 cm); 20.1 in (51 cm) up to the top of the bracket. Small basket 9.8 x 4.6 x 8.1 in (25 x 11.8 x 20.5 cm). Folded 13.4 x 12 x 2 in (34 x 30.5 x 5 cm). 20.1 oz (570 g) large, 28.6 oz (810 g) large + small.
