1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from okanest.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & descriptions

We work to keep product descriptions and specifications accurate. Where a product is adjustable, telescopic or expandable, we list the full adjustment range rather than a single size. We state materials and dimensions as provided by our manufacturers. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update product information at any time. Product colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and manufacturing batches.

3. Orders & payment

All prices are listed in USD. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or payment issues. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Shipping

Processing and delivery times vary by destination and by the shipping method selected. Current options and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is published on the Site and is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by OkaNest or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OkaNest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties, except where prohibited by law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Load capacities and installation requirements are stated as provided by our manufacturers; proper installation and use are the customer's responsibility.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this clause limits consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.
