Return & Refund Policy – OkaNest

30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your OkaNest purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be returned in resalable condition, with all included hardware, fittings and instructions.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@okanest.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Pack the item securely, in its original packaging where possible. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund including any shipping costs — no return needed in most cases.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on items that have been assembled, installed, mounted or otherwise used, or that show signs of wear, scratches, or missing parts. For hygiene reasons, used items that come into direct contact with food or personal care items cannot be returned.

Order changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through the return process above.
