Clean look, easy wipe down

I've had cheap chrome stuff that showed water spots instantly. This brushed finish hides them way better, a quick wipe and it looks untouched. Both pieces match each other exactly which was the reason I bought the set instead of piecing it together from two stores.

Bought for the laundry sink

Not technically a bathroom but I put this set next to my utility sink and it's perfect for washing hands after gardening. The ring holds a rag and the dispenser has lasted through a whole summer of dirty hands. Steel still looks brand new.

Great steel, awkward refill spot

No issues with the material, this thing is clearly real 304 and feels it. My problem is where I mounted it, right under the mirror, and the top lid needs clearance to flip open. I didn't think that through and now refilling is a two-hand job. Measure your vertical space before you stick it down.

Looks great, install needs patience

The finish is genuinely nice for the price and it reads as more expensive than it is. Installing with the adhesive was a little fussy because you have to hold it in place and wait before it grabs, and I rushed the first attempt and it slid. Second try with the full wait time and it's been rock solid.

Pump hasn't dripped once

My last dispenser left a puddle of soap on the counter every single day. This one has been up for about ten weeks and there's never anything under it. The pump takes a light press and dispenses a good amount, not a tiny squirt.

Wish the ring was bigger

Solid construction and the dispenser is the best part, the top-opening lid makes refills way less messy than my old screw-off bottle. The ring is on the small side though, a thick hand towel bunches up on it. It works, I just would've sized it up a touch.

No rust after months of steam

Our bathroom has zero ventilation and the old dispenser I had was showing rust spots within weeks. This one has been up since January and there's not a single spot on it. I wipe it down maybe once a week, that's it.

Fine set, adhesive limits placement

The pieces themselves are nice and the steel hasn't rusted after two months of showers. But my lease says no adhesive on the walls so I had to drill everything, which means patching when I move out. If you're renting and can't drill or stick, this set doesn't have a third option.

Measured twice, fit perfect

My cabinet side panel is exactly 6 inches wide so I checked the dispenser depth, 2.4 inches, before ordering and it cleared with room to spare. Mounted it right next to the sink and the towel ring on the wall above. Everything is within arm's reach now which was the whole point.

Towel ring holds a bath towel

I was skeptical a ring this size would hold anything bigger than a hand towel, but a folded bath towel fits fine, it just drapes a little lower than a bar would. In my small bathroom that's actually better because a bar would have hit the light switch. The brushed finish hasn't spotted at all even with hard water.

Second one for the guest bath

Bought the first set for the master bath back in January and liked it enough that I ordered another for the hall bathroom. Two sets, four pieces, everything still looks new. For $36 a set versus buying the pieces one at a time, it's an easy call.

Sight window is smaller than expected

No complaints on quality, the steel feels substantial and the pump action is smooth. My only gripe is the round window on the front is pretty small, so I still end up unscrewing the top to check how much soap is left. Not a dealbreaker but I wish it showed a bit more of the level.

Replaced two mismatched pieces

My old setup was a plastic pump from the dollar store and a towel bar that was a different shade of silver entirely. This set actually matches itself, which sounds dumb but it makes the powder room look intentional. Installation took me maybe 15 minutes with a drill for the ring and adhesive for the dispenser.

Good but soap thickness matters

Works great with the regular Softsoap I had in the cabinet, but I tried refilling it with a thicker aloe gel and it clogged the pump within a day. Once I thinned it out with a little water it was fine. Just know it really does want standard liquid soap like the listing says.

Adhesive held on textured tile

My rental has that bumpy 4x4 ceramic tile from the 80s and I figured the adhesive pad was a lost cause. Followed the instructions, waited the full 24 hours before hanging anything, and the towel ring has been solid for almost three months now. I did use the screws on the dispenser side just to be safe since it gets pulled on more.

Matches my faucet perfectly

I was worried the brushed finish would look cheap next to my Kohler faucet but it honestly blends right in. The dispenser holds a full 17 oz bottle of Method soap and I've only refilled it twice since March. Both pieces wiped clean with just a damp cloth after my kids got toothpaste all over the ring.
